<p>A.1 We recommend you write down a check sheet for the discontent points of your home.After checking the sheet, you will easily find the order of the priority and budget of the renovation.If you have pictures on magazines or books that you would like to renovate, please show us these pictures.If you would like to change apparatus of your home, you could go to the showroom how to use it at first and check the size of it.</p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">A.2 Since it depends on the content of the renovation or the condition of the structure, we can not exactly say the term.However we can say the standard term: Interior surface for 1 week, the exchange of unitbath for 2 days, the exchange of system kitchen for 4 or 5 days,totally changed the inside of the house for about 1month, totally changed the inside including layout of the house for about 2 months.When we renovate a detached house from a skeleton, it will take time a liitle shorter than building a new house.It will take more time when it is complex or takes many processes.And after taking apart a house, we may find problems. It will also take more time.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">A.3 It is possible both a detached house and an apartment during living.Even if the total renovation is planned, we can divide the processes of the renovation such as every room or 1 floor and 2 floor.But when we exchange the kitchen or the bathroom, you can not use these apparatus for a couple of days.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">A.5 Sick building syndrome (SBS) is a combination of ailments (a syndrome) associated with an individual&#8217;s place of work (office building) or residence. A 1984 World Health Organization report into the syndrome suggested up to 30% of new and remodelled buildings worldwide may be linked to symptoms of SBS. Most of the sick building syndrome is related to poor indoor air quality.Sick building causes are frequently pinned down to flaws in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Other causes have been attributed to contaminants produced by outgassing of some types of building materials, volatile organic compounds, molds (see mold health issues), improper exhaust ventilation of ozone (byproduct of some office machinery), light industrial chemicals used within, or fresh-air intake location / lack of adequate air filtration (see Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value).Symptoms are often dealt with after-the-fact by boosting the overall turn-over rate of fresh air exchange with the outside air, but the new green building design goal should be to avoid most of the SBS problem sources in the first place, minimize the ongoing use of VOC cleaning compounds, and eliminate conditions that encourage allergenic, potentially-deadly mold growth.Many published studies have consistently found that women tend to be more prone to SBS than men. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008000;">Q.6 Are there building materials good for health?</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">A.6 Yes, there are. We recommend to use natural materials.</span><br />
○Pure flooring materials<br />
These are made from pure wood. After cutting down as floors, these materials repeatedly absorb and discharge the moisture in the air.They are able to adjust the humidity of the air. Since they contain the air,  they are also insulating materials.<br />
○Japanese traditional way, real tatami.<br />
This real tatami is made from a rush which is grown by contracted farmhouse at Kumamoto Prefecture.This is first-class quality and comfort.<br />
○Daubed wall by natural materials.<br />
We have been able to kept appropiate humidity by using daubed wall from ancient time in Japan, because it absorbs the moisture in summer and it discharge the moisture in winter. Therefore the condensation rarely happens.<br />
○Textile wallpaper<br />
This wallpaper is woven from cotton, hemp and rayon. This is not also colored. This is non-chemical material including non-antibacterial processed, non-preservative processed and non-fireproofing.</p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">A.7 Barrier-free building modification consists of modifying buildings or facilities so that they can be used by the physically disadvantaged or disabled. The idea of barrier free modification has largely been superseded by the concept of universal design, which seeks to design things from the outset to support easy access. This latter approach usually leads to lower total cost. <h2>2.Purchase Contract of Real Estate</h2>

<p><strong>Explanation of Important Matters</strong></p>
<p>Before concluding the Contract, buyer will be received the explanation of the important matters.<br />
The Important Matters mean the items which are required to be provided for explanation by real estate company for the benefit of its buyer,<br />
Including such items as the entries on the registry book of the target property, the regulations by the City Planning Law<br />
and the Building Standards Law, and regarding the termination of Contraact.</p>
<p><strong>Conclusion of Agreement</strong></p>
<ol type="1">
<li>Purchase Contract shall state clearly the price, area aggregate, delivery date and others of the purchasing property.</li>
<li>&#8220;List of Fixings&#8221; and &#8220;Condition Report of the Real Estate&#8221;are included in the documents  which will be provided to the buyer for confirmation purpose at the time of conclusion.<br />
These documents are intended to seek the buyer’s confirmation of fixings belonged to the purchasing property at the present condition.</li>

<p>Requirements for the conclusion of Contract;</p>

<h2>4.Payment of Remaining Balance and Delivery of Property.</h2>
<p>Now, we have come to the stage of the payment of remaining balance and the delivery of the property.<br />
We will accommodate with the seller and fix the settlement date of the remaining balance.</p>

<li>Buyer needs to pay the remaining balance to the seller and at the same time the seller delivers the property, keys and others to the buyer.</li>

Sales activities and marketing through regular mail, telephone, electronic mail, etc. for provision of merchandise, information and service (questionnaire requests, etc.) as well as customer trend analyses or product development research and analyses, etc. , ix. Non-life insurance business (also refer to the after-mentioned “6. Supplementary explanation for utilization purposes and provision of personal information to third parties”) x. <p>Notes: (a) Data items to be provided include customers’ information acquired in their answers to our questionnaires, etc. such as their names, addresses, phone numbers (including cell-phone numbers), mail addresses, desirable business terms, employment information, annual income and assets, etc. (b) The delivery means of the information are electronic data, printed matters such as address stickers, etc., and/or tabulated lists. (c) The above provision of customers’ information to the Tokyo Dwell group of companies will be discontinued at the request of the customer concerned. The customer window to be used is the after-mentioned “11. Customer service concerning personal information”. (7) In the case of purchase-sale mediation, the property information, customers’ names, addresses, etc. required for the transactions are provided to third parties through written documents, regular mail, telephone, internet, electronic mail, advertising media, etc. Such provision of information will be discontinued at the request of the customer concerned.
