• 1.What are the conditions for applying?

  • 1.Japanese citizenship or a valid Foreigners' Registration Card
  • 2.Your average monthly income should be at least the amount required by UR City Organization. The average income of those living with you may also be included*.
  
  *The average income is the monthly average of your total income for 12 months including bonus and taxes, which should be 4 times that of the rent or over 330,000 yen. In the case of single residency 250,000 yen or more is sufficient. However, this does not apply to rents of 200,000 yen and above.



• 2.What are the many advantages of choosing UR Residences?

  • 1.You do not need a guarantor
  • 2.No key money, no contract renewal charges. But 3 months' rent is necessary as deposit.
