Our friendly and efficient service is designed remove stress to make it easy for you. All it takes is six easy steps with us by your side all the way to finding your dream apartment

1. Select the area you want to live in.
   Please choose a room layout or floor plan in the area that you have selected. We will check the availability. A brief explanation of the application requirements will be given. You can view as many as you like before deciding.
   

   

2. Make an appointment with us.
   We have apartments to suit all needs from single-rooms to family mansions; numerous variations with attractive styls and desings.
   

   

3. Visit the apartment(s) you choose and check it out first-hand.
   

   

4. Submit your rental application form.
   We'll need a copy of your Foreigners' Registration Card with your application
   

   

5. Sign the contract and pay a deposit.
   You will need to pay a deposit and any prorated amount for the first month
   

   

6. Move in!
   Once your room becomes available, the apartment's management office or a designated UR staff member will give you your keys.
